The Broken Earth Trilogy: The Fifth Season, The Obelisk Gate, The Stone Sky

This series took me to places I didn't know I needed or wanted to go. I feel like I just processed so much, and I understand a lot more about people and the world.

Among other things, I liked the world world-building, really full and interesting characters and the complex systemic issues in the fictional world. I didn't quit get into the narration style.
