My Appendix N Public

This is my version of the Appendix N "Inspirational Reading" list from the AD&D Dungeon Master's Guide, Appendix N. (I'm using the 1983 edition.)

A personal version of this list is required, for the original in Appendix N lists only some specific works, while others are indicated by author names only, and including the entire bibliography of certain of these authors would probably be overkill.
