Tactics, combat, and strategy are my least favourite parts of D&D, but that's the purview of this book. It's an expert look at how to optimally run combat in D&D while adhering to flavour and what is known about all the foes a DM puts players up against. It's an entertaining read and a great resource for DMs who want a certain experience out of D&D. That's not always me, but when I do want challenging, tactical combat I'll refer to this book.
