It was interesting, but it would have been better if the author had limited his literary ambitions a bit. And a lot is too vague, even things that shouldn't be. For example, the names of several of the people the book is about are widely known, yet they are not mentioned in the book. And the scandal with the Wagner soldiers who were lured to Belarus is told without mentioning Belarus.
